Prometheus Info Function Blog Post

I’ve blogged for the first time for the Prometheus project! The blog post is about the PromQL function Björn Rabenstein and I authored together: info. While info is still considered experimental, we recommend it as the best method for including OpenTelemetry resource attributes in Prometheus queries.
